  • Sliced Eggplant1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Buffalo mozzarella100 g
  • Basil leaves to taste
  1. Wash well and cut the eggplant and tomato into slices.
  2. Quickly grill the eggplant slices with just olive oil and salt.
  3. Assemble on a plate placing 1 eggplant slice, 1 tomato slice and a piece of cheese. Interleave in that order.
  4. Season with salt and chimichurri. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves.
  5. It looks amazing!
