- Cut the carrots into large pieces, the small potatoes in the middle. Cook with salt until soft, then set aside.
- Cook the eggs for 10 minutes and set aside. Cut the cabbage leaves and sauté them with garlic.
- Assemble the dish with the potatoes, carrots, cabbage. Add the boiled eggs cut into 2 parts. Then add the olives and on top add the oregano.
