  1. Cut the carrots into large pieces, the small potatoes in the middle. Cook with salt until soft, then set aside.
  2. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes and set aside. Cut the cabbage leaves and sauté them with garlic.
  3. Assemble the dish with the potatoes, carrots, cabbage. Add the boiled eggs cut into 2 parts. Then add the olives and on top add the oregano.
