  • Natural solid tuna2 tablespoon
  • Frozen vegetable pickle30 g
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan1 tablespoon
  1. Defrost vegetables in the microwave and remove excess water.
  2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and chimichurri.
  3. Add the vegetables, tuna and parmesan. Mix well.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet or omelet maker and grease it with oil. Pour the mixture and cover. Leave until set and golden on the bottom.
  5. With the help of a spatula, turn the side and cook until golden!
  6. Tip: it can be made in the oven or airfryer.
