- Soy Protein1 cup
- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Spaghetti200 g
- Chopped chayote1 unit(s)
- Chopped carrot1 unit(s)
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
- Chopped garlic and onion to taste
- I soaked the soybeans in warm water for 20 minutes. I squeezed well to remove all excess water, in a pan I sauteed garlic and onion in olive oil, added soy and seasonings, a little water, cooked for 10 minutes until the water dried completely.
- I waited for it to cool down and passed it through the processor, added the oat flour and a spoonful of olive oil, made small balls and fried them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- I cooked the pasta until it was al dente, I fried chopped garlic with olive oil, salt and paprika, added the pasta and sauteed it well.
- I sautéed the chayote and carrots with garlic and onion, seasoned with salt and pepper, added a little water, left in the heat until soft, finished with flaxseed.
