  • Gluten-free flour (amafil)1 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese3/4 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • For the stuffing: tuna1 can(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Green smell and salt to taste
  • Mozzarella (sliced or grated) to taste
  1. For the filling: chop all the ingredients (in cubes), add the salt and mix (Reserve)
  2. For the dough: beat all the ingredients in the blender, then assemble it in a refractory, place the dough on the bottom, the stuffing on top, cover with slices of mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 min.
