- light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- avocado oil1 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- parsley to taste
- tuna4 tablespoon
- mozzarella cheese3 tablespoon
- grated carrot2 tablespoon
- Let's start this recipe with the filling. In a bowl, mix all the stuffing ingredients and set aside.
- In another container, place the egg and cream cheese and beat with a wire whisk. Then add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Now it's time to assemble the crepe: Heat a frying pan and brush a little avocado oil so it doesn't stick (if you don't have avocado oil, use extra virgin olive oil).
- On low heat, pour all the mixture, spread it all over the bottom and let it brown until the dough releases from the frying pan. If you want you can flip and brown the other side.
- Place the filling in half of the dough and fold. Squeeze a little so the cheese sticks to the tuna and pasta. Once the cheese melts, your healthy crepe is ready!
- Serve immediately.
