Tomato Stuffed with Minced Meat

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Ground beef150 g
  • Arugula Leaf5 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese20 g
  • Ricotta15 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Remove a very thin layer from the top of the tomato;
  2. Remove the inner part of the tomato and reserve;
  3. Chop the inner part of the tomato into small pieces and take it to a skillet already greased with olive oil. Add salt, oregano, black pepper and stir until you get a pasty consistency;
  4. Grease a platter with extra virgin olive oil and place the tomatoes in it;
  5. Season inside the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Add the ready-made ground beef, ricotta, arugula, part of the Parmesan cheese and the tomato prepared in the frying pan inside all the tomatoes;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes;
  7. When it's almost ready, add the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the tomatoes to melt it;
  8. Remove from platter and serve.
