Tomato Stuffed with Minced Meat

- Large tomato6 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Ground beef150 g
- Arugula Leaf5 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese20 g
- Ricotta15 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Remove a very thin layer from the top of the tomato;
- Remove the inner part of the tomato and reserve;
- Chop the inner part of the tomato into small pieces and take it to a skillet already greased with olive oil. Add salt, oregano, black pepper and stir until you get a pasty consistency;
- Grease a platter with extra virgin olive oil and place the tomatoes in it;
- Season inside the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Add the ready-made ground beef, ricotta, arugula, part of the Parmesan cheese and the tomato prepared in the frying pan inside all the tomatoes;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes;
- When it's almost ready, add the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the tomatoes to melt it;
- Remove from platter and serve.
