- Tofu200 g
- pod to taste
- Sliced Zucchini to taste
- Cambuci Pepper to taste
- Plant-based cream cheese to taste
- Beet Powder1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Spices (parsley, saffron, pepper, basil and ginger) to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- First cook the pods.
- Then make the tofu. Put the oil and spices in a frying pan, let it heat up to release the aromas.
- Add to the seasonings the tofu already broken up, the salt and the beet powder (it will give the recipe a red color), let it cook until the water evaporates and start grilling.
- Grill the pumpkin slices and Cambuci pepper.
- Finally, just assemble the plate. Use a small ring to arrange the tofu and distribute the vegetables around the tofu. Also add the creamy cheese over the Cambuci pepper.
- If you have it available, place the bikini pepper on the plate.
