Em uma batedeira bater o ovo e o açúcar até ficar bem fofo, juntar a manteiga e as farinhas e aos poucos vai colocando o leite depois misture o granulado e o fermento.

Coloque em uma forma untada e leve ao forno pré aquecido a temperatura de 200º por 25 minutos.
