  • Grams of granulated tapioca250 g
  • Milk (any)500 ml
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Large eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter, more if you prefer, you can use olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  1. Place the granulated tapioca in the milk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. The tapioca has to fully absorb the milk.
  3. After that, add the rest of the tickets.
  4. The dough is very sticky.
  5. Model the buns, and bake in the oven at 200° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
