  • Quinoa1 cup
  • Yellow Pepper70 g
  • Green Pepper70 g
  • Black Olives30 g
  • Onion40 g
  • Tomato100 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Mint4 g
  • Green Smell20 g
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan put some water to cook the quinoa for 7 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Crush the garlic cloves and set aside. Cut the peppers, tomato and onion into cubes. The green smell, the mint and the black olives cut into strips.
  3. In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. Put the lemon, salt, olive oil, oregano and black pepper and mix a little more. Before serving, let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes.
