- Almond flour (sieve)70 g
- Coconut flour (sieve)10 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Finely ground walnuts30 g
- In the mixer, beat the eggs with xylitol and vanilla until the volume rar, add the oil and gradually the sifted flours, walnuts and finally the chemical yeast.
- In a strong English cake pan with parchment paper and take it to the oven 180 degrees for +or- 30 minutes.
- *Cream of dulce de leche* 1 can of whey-free milk cream 60 grams. 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Cook over low heat until thickened. Put on top, decorated with walnuts.
