- Large Sweet Potato2 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wash the grated potato 3 times and dispense with the water;
- Cook just until the water boils;
- Drain the water from the potato;
- With a cloth, remove excess moisture;
- Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper (season with whatever you like);
- Place in the Airfryer spread out at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Tip: During the time it is in the Airfryer, you will remove the container, mix and close the Airfryer again so that it bakes evenly.
