- Boiled sweet potato or boiled and drained cassava100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Quinoa, amaranth or oat flour100 g
- Oat bran or amaranth or quinoa flour for breading100 g
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Chopped green smell1 to taste
- Ricotta Cream100 g

- Mix the mashed potato with the egg and add the flour until it forms, if you add too much flour, add a drizzle of olive oil.
- For the stuffing in a small pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the chicken, pepper and parsley. Wait for it to cool and mix the ricotta.
- Now just model the drumsticks and bread them and then bake them in an oven at 180°c until they are golden.
