- Sweet potato200 g
- Milk powder100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Cook the potatoes, drain
- Pass the potatoes in a food processor without the skin, or mash them with a fork until they turn into a puree.
- Add eggs, oat flour, powdered milk and olive oil
- Mix all the ingredients using a spoon (mix slowly)
- Lastly add the yeast
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, covered
- With the help of a spoon, make the shape of a little tube with your hand (to make the dough slide better, rub olive oil on your hand).
- Bake in the oven or air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees
