- Oat flakes3 tablespoon
- Water4 tablespoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Peanut Butter to taste
- Sliced bananas to taste
- In a bowl, place the oats and water. Mix. Pour into a non-stick skillet and spread, with the help of a tablespoon.
- Turn on medium heat and wait. When it starts to loosen, turn to the other side. Fill with the peanut butter. Add the banana and strawberry. Fold the oatmeal in half.
- * The mixture of oatmeal and water can also be used for savory fillings. In this case, add a little salt and the seasoning you want (black pepper, sesame, paprika..)
