- Large eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Oatmeal in fine flakes1 cup
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Dwarf Banana1 unit(s)
- Chop 2 apples and remove the skins
- Blend the chopped apples, banana and eggs in a blender
- Transfer to a platter and mix the other ingredients (minus the yeast)
- Add the yeast and put it in a pudding mold
- Slice the apple, peel and all and place on top of the cake.
- Sprinkle cinnamon to taste
