  • Mashed ricotta100 g
  • Chopped Mozzarella200 g
  • Crushed Gorgonzola50 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  1. Cut a "lid" on the top of the tomatoes, and with the help of a spoon remove the core and seeds.
  2. Season the inside of the tomatoes with a little salt, turn them upside down and let the water drain out.
  3. Mix all the cheeses, with olive oil to taste, and the crushed garlic until it forms a "pastinha".
  4. Stuff the tomatoes with this cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 180-200C for about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot.
