  • Japanese pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
  • Ground ham300 g
  • Carrot and tomato1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Pitted Green Olive Oil and Basil to taste
  1. Put the pumpkin to cook in aluminum foil in the oven 180 degrees or 50 minutes
  2. After cooking, stuff the pumpkin
  3. Return to the oven and bake for another 25 minutes.
  4. The recipe is ready
