- Tapioca Gum1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1 tablespoon
- Chia1 teaspoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Shredded and Seasoned Boiled Chicken1/2 cup
- Chopped Boiled Broccoli1/3 cup
- shredded light mozzarella cheese1/4 cup
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Prepare the crepioca dough by beating the egg, tapioca starch, oats, chia, salt and pepper with a fork.
- Heat a nonstick skillet and add the oil. Bake the crepioca dough.
- Stuff with the chicken, broccoli, cheese and oregano and serve immediately.
