  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Tapioca Gum1 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes1 tablespoon
  • Chia1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Shredded and Seasoned Boiled Chicken1/2 cup
  • Chopped Boiled Broccoli1/3 cup
  • shredded light mozzarella cheese1/4 cup
  • Dried Oregano to taste
  1. Prepare the crepioca dough by beating the egg, tapioca starch, oats, chia, salt and pepper with a fork.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet and add the oil. Bake the crepioca dough.
  3. Stuff with the chicken, broccoli, cheese and oregano and serve immediately.
