- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- grated carrot1 tablespoon
- Diced Ham2 tablespoon
- Diced seedless tomato1 tablespoon
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Parsley for decoration to taste
- Cut the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks in a container and mix with the other ingredients.
- Put this mixture inside the space left in each egg half and decorate with the parsley.
