  • Eggplant1 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Grape Tomato to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  1. Cut the eggplant into two equal parts. With the help of a knife, remove the core without damaging the shell.
  2. Cut the core into cubes and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, the curd and the chopped tomatoes.
  3. Season the eggplant with salt and black pepper or seasonings of your choice.
  4. Stuff the reserved eggplant with the chopped eggplant and other ingredients.
  5. Finish with fresh thyme and olive oil.
  6. Take to bake in the airFryer for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. You can also choose to bake in the oven.
