- Braised Ground Beef6 tablespoon
- Supplyable light cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella40 g
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the chayote in half. Scrape the core with a spoon to form a canoe.
- Put the chayote to cook in a pan with water and salt. It should be soft, but not too mushy.
- Drain the water and season the chayote with a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
- Stuff with the ground meat, put the cottage cheese on top and cover with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Take it in the airfryer until golden!!!
- Tip: use leftovers you have in the fridge to fill the chayote!
