  • Chayote1 unit(s)
  • Braised Ground Beef6 tablespoon
  • Supplyable light cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella40 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Olive oil2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Peel and cut the chayote in half. Scrape the core with a spoon to form a canoe.
  2. Put the chayote to cook in a pan with water and salt. It should be soft, but not too mushy.
  3. Drain the water and season the chayote with a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
  4. Stuff with the ground meat, put the cottage cheese on top and cover with mozzarella.
  5. Sprinkle oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Take it in the airfryer until golden!!!
  7. Tip: use leftovers you have in the fridge to fill the chayote!
