Strawberries, vanilla cream and meringue

Numa panela quente adicione os morangos e em seguida uma colher de sopa de xilitol, tampe para q os morangos soltem suco. Em seguida adicione os mirtilos e repita o processo de fechar a panela por alguns instantes. Adicione algumas gotas de suco de limão. Por último adicione as framboesas e desligue o fogo. Reserve.

No bowl da batedeira adicione o cream cheese a manteiga o extrato de baunilha e xilitol. Bata até obter o creme liso e denso.

Novamente na batateira adicione as claras num bowl super limpo e seco, bate até atingir picos firmes e só então vá adicionando o xilitol aos poucos até q fique cintilante e elástico.

Distribua o merengue no prato e queime com o maçarico (opcional) posicione as frutas vermelhas e por último o creme já gelado.
