- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- shredded mozzarella cheese0.5 cup
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, beat the eggs slightly, add the other ingredients (except the cheese) and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with the oil and pour the dough.
- Cover the skillet and bake over low heat.
- When it's dry, add the cheese and fold it in half.
- Brown the crepioca on both sides and serve immediately.
