- Zucchini Spaghetti200 g
- Ground beef150 g
- Peeled Tomatoes1 can(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Wine20 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté the ground beef with onions until the meat is golden and to loosen the bottom (deglaze) throw in the wine.
- Throw the peeled tomato on the meat and let it reduce, finishing with the salt and pepper.
- In another pan, brown the garlic and then throw the zucchini. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
- On a plate, serve the spaghetti with the meat.
