Spaghetti Bolognese with Zucchini

- Ground duckling300 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Onion0.5 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Pass the zucchinis through the spiral cutter. Reserve.
- Saute ground beef with oil, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with a spoon of oil and throw in the zucchini spaghetti, just to "scare". Season with salt and turn off the heat.
- Serve the Spaghetti on the plate and pour the bolognese sauce on top. Add the grated parmesan and enjoy!!
