- Pitted Green Olives150 g

- I start by soaking the soy protein, pour all the protein into a container, cover with water and leave it for 30 minutes. After that time, drain the water and squeeze the protein to remove any excess water.
- In a pan, I put the oil and garlic and sautéed, added the onion and peppers, mixed well, added the protein, carrots and other seasonings, added hot water and let it cook for 10 minutes, then added the cubed potatoes and left for another 10 minutes, turned off the heat and finished with olives and parsley. It's delicious and it's great to serve with a salad 😋
