- Chicken thigh with skin and bone8 unit(s)

- Cherry tomato (large) cut in half10 unit(s)

- Parsley to taste
- Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and soy sauce and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you can leave it for a few hours, that's even better.
- Heat a skillet that can go in the oven. If you have an iron one, better otherwise it can be another one that can go in the oven, without a plastic handle. If you don't have a skillet that can go in the oven, start with the skillet you have and then transfer the chicken to a roasting pan. The ideal is to do everything in the same pan to make the process easier.
- Add a little oil when the skillet is hot and place the chicken skin-side down and fry over medium-high heat until the skin is nicely browned (about 10 minutes). Then turn the chicken (carefully so the skin doesn't stick to the pan) put the tomatoes around the chicken and put it in the oven preheated to 200°.
- Leave the chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Put some parsley on top and serve in the skillet! To accompany, serve with rustic potato with garlic, rosemary and parmesan!
