  • Rice (basmati or even regular) | 500 g
  • Olive oil or oil | 4 teaspoon
  • Onions cut to Juliana | 2 unit(s)
  • Carrots, cut into cubes | 2 unit(s)
  • Unsalted crushed garlic cloves | 4 unit(s)
  • Green beans cut to julienne | 100 g
  • Salt | 0 to taste
  • Bay leaves | 2 unit(s)
  • Wait boiled | 1 l
  • Sprigs of parsley leaves for garnish | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Heat the water in a pan and set aside.
  2. In a pan on the heat, place the onion, garlic, bay leaf and stir until the onion is transparent and the bay leaf releases its aroma.
  3. Put the rice, stir and mix until the rice is crystal and half transparent and then put boiled water and salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.
