  • Fresh Shitake4 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast1/4 cup
  • Cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Butter ghee1 teaspoon
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  1. Heat the butter in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken and Cream cheese and mix.
  3. Add salt and green seasoning. Stir and turn off the heat.
  4. Carefully remove the stalks from the shitake, cut into cubes and mix in the chicken filling.
  5. Stuff each mushroom and cover with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 7 minutes, until it is cooked and the cheese is gratinated.
