  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Potato600 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese150 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  1. Start by cooking the potatoes in salted water. When soft, remove the skin and mash. While still hot, add a tablespoon of butter, black pepper and adjust the salt.
  2. Saute ground beef in garlic and onion in oil. Let the meat be well browned, it gives a lot of flavor in the preparation!
  3. Season with salt, pepper and your favorite seasoning.
  4. Now just assemble and bake the cheese for 15min at 200°C in the oven. Make a layer with the ground meat, put the green smell, a layer with the cream and cover with cheese and oregano on top.
