- Recipe
- White Sesame1/3 cup
- Chia Seeds1/3 cup
- Sunflower Seed1/3 cup
- Pumpkin Seed1/3 cup
- Almond Flour1/3 cup
- Dry Rosemary1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Warm Water2 cup
- Pink Salt1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees! Prepare two molds of approximately 20x15 lined with easy baking paper, or silicone mats. Reserve.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, except the water and the oil! Mix well! Now add the warm water and the oil, mix vigorously. Cover with a plate and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After the time, debt the portion in equal parts, and distribute over the two forms! To spread, wet the back of a spoon, and spread gently (the dough will have more elastic scissors), spread carefully. The thinner the layer, the crunchier the cracker!
- Once evenly distributed, bake for 15 minutes. After the time, remove the shapes, and with the help of a pizza cutter, make cuts in the desired shape!
- Return the molds to the oven, leave for another 15 minutes!
- Note, if it is already golden, remove, if not yet leave it for another 5 to 8 minutes! Then remove from donor, let cool completely, only then store. The crackers got even crunchier as they got cold!
