  • Roasted, skinless peanuts1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika (you can use sweet, spicy whatever you have at home)1 teaspoon
  • Dehydrated Parsley1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a frying pan, place the peanuts, olive oil and season with paprika, dehydrated parsley, salt and black pepper to taste. Turn the heat to low and stir until the peanuts are golden brown and the spices have stuck to them. After that, just let it cool and serve. Can store in a tightly closed container for up to 5 days.
