  • Almond flour120 g
  • Psyllium1 tablespoon
  • Golden Flaxseed20 g
  • Black Grapes to taste
  • Xanthan Gum5 g
  • Pink salt1 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  1. First mix the almond flour, psylium, golden flaxseed, xanthan gum, pink salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix oil, eggs, water and yeast.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the bowl with the dry mixture and stir until everything is incorporated. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 2 hours.
  4. After the time, mix the dough again and include the seedless halved grapes. Rest for another 30 minutes and open in a greased shape with coconut oil.
  5. Oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25/30 min. Remove from oven and serve! Enjoy your food!!!
