- Almond flour120 g
- Psyllium1 tablespoon
- Golden Flaxseed20 g
- Black Grapes to taste
- Xanthan Gum5 g
- Pink salt1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- First mix the almond flour, psylium, golden flaxseed, xanthan gum, pink salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix oil, eggs, water and yeast.
- Add the liquid mixture to the bowl with the dry mixture and stir until everything is incorporated. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 2 hours.
- After the time, mix the dough again and include the seedless halved grapes. Rest for another 30 minutes and open in a greased shape with coconut oil.
- Oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25/30 min. Remove from oven and serve! Enjoy your food!!!
