- SAUCE: Ripe Italian Tomato2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- grated onion1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- FOR SAUSAGE BASE: Sausage600 g
- grated mozzarella200 g
- Black Olives1/2 cup
- Italian tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- FOR THE SAUCE Blend the tomato with skin and seeds in a blender. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- FOR PIZZA: Make a side cut in the sausage, remove the meat, put it in a refractory and mix well to get a homogeneous mass. Reserve. Take a frying pan, pass a thread of oil to grease, place the sausage and place it over the entire bottom. Let it grill for 5 minutes on medium heat with campa to fully cook the sausage (if you prefer, turn to grill the other side)
- Pass the tomato sauce, put the mozzarella, the thinly sliced onion, the tomato slices, olives, tomato slices, parmesan, oregano. Cover skillet for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Finish with basil.
