  • Mozzarella30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a small bowl, mix everything together with a fork.
  2. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil (taking off the excess with a paper towel), let it heat up well and pour the dough.
  3. Rotate the skillet to spread the batter evenly. When released from the skillet, turn the side.
  4. Put the mozzarella, fold the dough and leave a minute to brown and melt the cheese.
  5. Tip: add tomato, oregano and basil to the filling.
