- Rosemary (I used dried)1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Take it to cook in water with 1 teaspoon of salt and after boiling count 5 minutes and turn off. (high fire) Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel and place in a non-stick pan. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with black pepper, rosemary and add 3 cloves of unpeeled garlic. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
