  • Garlic Head1 unit(s)
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pequi Tray1 unit(s)
  • Claw Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Bake the chicken in the airfry or in the oven. Debone and cut into larger pieces. Reserve.
  2. Cook the pequi for 20 minutes in a pan with a little salt.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Fry the garlic in bottle butter, after browning, put the onion, fry a little more and put the rice, the pequi with the water, and the chicken. Mix everything and let it cook. I add salt and spices to taste.
  5. When it's ready to your liking, just turn it off and enjoy! It looks wonderful.
