- White rice1 cup
- Diced chicken breast300 g
- Chopped cauliflower200 g
- Peas200 g
- Carrot150 g
- Chuchu cubes200 g
- Diced Sweet Potato200 g
- Chopped hearts of palm200 g
- Halved tomatoes150 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, and green smell to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Saffron1 tablespoon
- Onion and garlic to taste
- I seasoned the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and lemon and left them marinating for 15 minutes. In a pan I put 2 spoons of olive oil and fried the chicken, I let it brown on both sides, removed it from the pan and set aside, in the same pan I sauteed minced garlic and added the rice, saffron salt, added water, covered the pan and cooked for 10 minutes.
- After that time, I added the pieces of cauliflower, the peas and the fried chicken, gave it a little mix, put a little more water and left it for another 8 minutes on low heat.
- I sliced the carrot very thin and refogged with olive oil, salt and pepper. Finished with linseed.
- I cooked the chayote and potatoes for 10 minutes, drained all the water, added the tomatoes, heart of palm and sliced onion, seasoned with salt, lemon, olive oil and green smell.
