Coloque numa travessa em camadas: tomate, cebola, abobrinha e berinjela. Repita a sequência até encher a travessa. 

Place on a platter in layers: tomato, onion, zucchini and eggplant. Repeat the sequence until the tray is full.

Tempere com azeite, sal, cheiro verde, orégano e pimenta do reino

Season with olive oil, salt, parsley, oregano and black pepper

Leve ao forno pré aquecido à 180°C por 30 minutos.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
