  • Coconut milk100 ml
  • Grated unsweetened coconut55 g
  • Xylitol55 g
  • Ghee Butter1.1/2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix the grated coconut with the coconut milk and set aside;
  2. In another container, sieve the yolks to remove the film (discard the film). Add xylitol and ghee butter;
  3. Mix well and then add the grated coconut mixture;
  4. Grease the molds with ghee and sprinkle the xylitol inside them;
  5. Place the molds inside a larger mold, and add hot water until about halfway up;
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top of the quindins;
  7. Wait for the molds to cool before unmoulding. But remove the quindins while they are still warm.
  8. NOTE: If you don't have ghee, you can use regular butter.
