  • Grated unsweetened coconut60 g
  • Coconut oil2 teaspoon
  • Xylitol Sweetener1/2 cup
  • Egg Yolk8 unit(s)
  1. Sift the yolks, this helps to get rid of the egg taste;
  2. In a bowl add the sieved yolks and xylitol and beat well with a whisk until a very smooth and shiny cream is obtained;
  3. Add coconut oil and grated coconut and mix again;
  4. Add the cream in a very well-greased pudding mold (even if it's silicone, grease to ensure);
  5. Add the form that is the cream inside another and in the last one add hot water. The quindão will roast slowly in a bain-marie.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool before unmoulding.
