- Grated unsweetened coconut60 g
- Coconut oil2 teaspoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1/2 cup
- Egg Yolk8 unit(s)
- Sift the yolks, this helps to get rid of the egg taste;
- In a bowl add the sieved yolks and xylitol and beat well with a whisk until a very smooth and shiny cream is obtained;
- Add coconut oil and grated coconut and mix again;
- Add the cream in a very well-greased pudding mold (even if it's silicone, grease to ensure);
- Add the form that is the cream inside another and in the last one add hot water. The quindão will roast slowly in a bain-marie.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before unmoulding.
