- Dry seasoning (parsley, chives, lemos pepper) to taste
- Mozzarella or grated cheese30 g
- In a bowl, place the sliced cabbage, 1 egg, the seasonings, the grated carrot and the wheat flour.
- Mix well
- Place the mixture in a hot, greased skillet and make a well in the middle.
- Place the other egg in this hole and cover with a pan.
- Turn the other side and put the mozzarella or grated cheese and cover again until it melts.
