  • Light ricotta cream1 cup
  • Boiled Broccoli Mace1 unit(s)
  • cheese. to taste
  • corn. to taste
  • salt, pepper and other seasonings. to taste
  1. Mix the ingredients of the dough, leave it homogeneous, but it can't be too soft, so add the liquids little by little and mix always.
  2. Then mold it on the bottom and a little on the sides, in a shape with a removable bottom.
  3. Blend the broccoli, ricotta cream and seasonings in a blender, then place this cream on top of the dough.
  4. Place a layer of corn and then a layer of cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°.
  5. Until the cheese melts and the dough is golden and drier.
  6. You can vary the flours and filling (chicken, ground beef, other vegetables, ...).
  7. If your pan is too large, increase the amount of flour and liquids, so that the layer of dough is not too thin.
