  • Pupunha Spaghetti400 g
  • Fresh Shitake, sliced without stalks200 g
  • Soy sauce3 tablespoon
  • Fresh cream300 ml
  • Finely grated Parmesan60 g
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the mushrooms well.
  2. Add the peach palm spaghetti and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce and cream and cook for about 1 minute over high heat.
  4. Add the cheese and stir to incorporate into the sauce. Let the cream thicken a lot, turn off the heat and serve.
