- Pupunha Spaghetti400 g
- Fresh Shitake, sliced without stalks200 g
- Soy sauce3 tablespoon
- Fresh cream300 ml
- Finely grated Parmesan60 g
- Butter1 teaspoon
- In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the mushrooms well.
- Add the peach palm spaghetti and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and cream and cook for about 1 minute over high heat.
- Add the cheese and stir to incorporate into the sauce. Let the cream thicken a lot, turn off the heat and serve.
